closest thing to flying

 hello its been a while😊

so little happening but so much happening.

i saw into the woods on broadway the other day and it was absolutely fantastic. highly recommend (p.s. it is only around for 8 weeks so hurry and see it)

I've been watching more studio ghibli lately as well. I recently watched Ocean Waves, The Wind Rises, and Pom Poko. first one not so good, other two quite good. 

music has been playing a lot more recently also, lots of tenacious d, yung lean, gorillaz and such. speaking of gorillaz i got the gorillaz art book which i had been waiting for for about 7 months. its quite good and really was worth the wait. lots of art from many various artists. there's even a couple drawings by jack black. 

i've definitely been feeling melancholy sad still but also happy. got to see my old feline friend as well as human friends. i love my human friends. 

 

the sims 4 in the past weeks has become such a big deal. it is truly taking over me. it is awesome though, it is always on my mind. i am so thrilled for the high school expansion pack. can't stop talking about it to the people around me. apologies in advance if those people are you. i can hardly play any other video games. i think the only thing that could distract me from sims is breath of the wild 2. either that or i need to find something else like night in the woods or mutazione. if any of those games ring a bell to you please talk to me about them, they are my very favorites.

i've got an above ground pool this summer, and it's wonderful. swimming is truly the closest thing to flying. i just wish my pool were 6 feet deep.
